Omnis sapiente beatae recusandae minus iure maxime

When we experience something significant in our lives, it can be easy to get swept away in only remembering the pain points or the things that were ‘bad’ or scary at that time.

The brain is awesomely clever, in that it naturally remembers things that have high emotional charges,  so experiences that evoke excitement or sadness create an increase of activity in those parts of the brain.

So, our brain (with its infinite mechanisms of trying to protect us!) makes it easier for us to recall those ‘bad’ times or experiences.  That doesn’t mean there wasn’t also good moments or happier and joyful emotions also experienced, but it is much harder to recall and give attention.

Special Journey journals gives you the opportunity to go back and re-experience the past.

Explore and reframe some of those times and pull out the extra special magical moments, the awesomely wonderful miracles and uncover super strengths we didn’t know we had.

The Special Journey Journal aims to help you grow in:

  • Gratitude
  • Strength
  • Happiness
  • Resilience
  • Confidence
